While we have made
several amendments to our Plan, it was last reviewed in 2013. We enlisted Hitesman Law, P.A. to assist us in
the review and update to incorporate not only our amendments but also relevant regulatory changes. This
update is effective retroactive to January 1, 2023, as updated components have been in practice since then.

Financial Impact
The cost for legal assistance to update this plan is included in the 2024 budget.

Mission/Policy/Goal
The Elk River Mission.

Attachments
1. 1-1-23 Plan Update Resolution 5-6-24
2. 2013 - FINAL City of Elk River Flexible Benefits Plan
