ORDINANCE NO. 10-3 <br />THE CITY OF ELK RIVER DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />There is hereby established the Civil Defense Police Reserve of the City <br />of Elk River, Minnesota organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 694 <br />of the Session Laws of the State of Minnesota for the year 1951 and acts <br />amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. There is hereby filed with <br />the City Clerk of the City of Elk River, a copy of their By Laws and Standing <br />Rules of Order. <br />Now Therefore, be it hereby ordained that said organization together <br />with its By Laws and Standing Rules of Order be and hereby is created & <br />established. <br />Pass6d and adopted this 2nd day of June 1975• <br />`City Clerk—T urea- <br />u <br />
