u <br />to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />Ordinance 24 - 04 <br />An Ordinance Amending Section, 30-879, Residential districts, of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, City Code <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That 5 30-879, Residential districts, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall <br />be amended to add the following paragraph : <br />Sec. 30-879. Residential districts. <br />(g) Apartments shall be allowed one on -premises freestanding si m_ not to exceed 64 square„ feet <br />nor 20 feet in height, and one wall ski per ptt ee elevation, not to exceed 32 square feet. <br />SECTION 2.
