Consider Park and Recreation Meetinq Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MADSEN MOVED APPROVAL OF THE JULY 9" JULY 23, AUGUST 5, <br />AND THE AUGUST 13,1997 PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br />WITH THE FOLLOWING CHANGES: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS MADSEN AND OLSON NOT BEING LISTED AS PRESENT <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER HUBERTY SECONDED THE MOTION. City Planner. updated the Commission on recent activities associated <br />with closing of 193rd Avenue. Steve explained the developer of Cherrywood Hills <br />will be extending utilities down a portion of 193rd Avenue. This portion will be <br />resurfaced with a smooth bituminous trail and the remainder of 193rd will be left in <br />its present condition. Steve presented a drawing which illustrates the trail <br />
