Assistant/Recording <br />Secretary Jennifer Green <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of <br />Adjustments was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Vice Chair Beise. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />3. Consider November 22, 2022, Board of Adjustments Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Keisling to <br />approve the November 22, 2022, Board of Adjustments agenda. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Consider October 25, 2022, Board of Adjustments Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Booth to <br />approve the September 27, 2022, Board of Adjustments minutes. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />5.1 Elk River Lodge — 17432 Zane St. NW <br />■ Parking Variance allowing a reduced number of stalls and <br />increasing rental units, Case No. V 22-14 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Vice Chair Beise noted the public hearing was still open. <br />
