<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />OCTOBER 6, 1975 <br /> <br />Jerry McChesney appeared before board to ask if there were any objections to allowing property <br />located on Meadowvale Road being annexed to the City of Elk River by petition. Board had no <br />objections. <br /> <br />Big Lake Sand and Gravel appeared before board. There is a possibility that they may not be able to <br />do the snowplowing for the township. This being due to the auction sale of equipment. Dean is <br />hopeful that he will be able to purchase the equipment. If he can do this he will be able to do our <br />snowplowing auction sale to be Nov 21. <br /> <br />Dean is to inform board at Nov meeting what decision he has reached. <br /> <br />Big Lake Sand and Gravel agreed to haul and pack 1,200 tons class 5 on project 75-1, Lakoduk <br />Addition, price $1.90 per ton. <br /> <br />Motion by E Rathbun seconded by E Specht to award paving project 75-1 (Alternate A) to N.D.H. <br />for low bid price of $17,640.00.
