<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />APRIL 22, 1974 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Franklin Madsen. The first order of business was a <br />motion made by EL Specht and seconded by F. Madsen that E. Rathborn be appointed supervisor <br />and Wally Fox be appointed Clerk. So carried. <br /> <br />Motion made by E. Rathborn, that Simonet Drive, Island View Dr, Ridgewood Dr, Sunrise Circle <br />and Riverview Dr remain as before township plat was done and further moved that no more <br />changes of street names be made second by E. Specht. Motion carried. Motion to be effective 1 <br />May. <br /> <br />Motion made by E. Rathorn to move May meeting to first Tuesday in May, second by E.
