<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />JULY 18, 1973 <br /> <br />The Town Board met with members of the Village of Elk River at the First National Bank <br />Community room. There was much discussion about annexation but no immediate action was <br />taken. Frank Madsen stated that the Elk River Town Board is to meet with the Planning <br />Commission to see if lot sizes can be enlarged to at least 2 ½ acres for a distance to be decided <br />surrounding the Village. A group of Planners were to give their costs for a survey to both the Village <br />and the Township.
