<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />DECEMBER 6, 1971 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by the chairman Earl Schulke. Minutes of the previous meeting <br />were read and approved. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lakoduk appeared to present their plat for approval. It <br />was decided that the easement for water spillway be decided before board sign plat. The plat was <br />th <br />tabled for a special meeting after problems are ironed out. Meeting to be held Monday Dec 13. <br />Roads in the township shall be tarred within three years of platting. <br /> <br />Next order of business was Robert Hall coming to the meeting to request placing of a mobile home <br />at his property for security purposes. <br /> <br />A motion was made by E Specht that a variance permit be given to Bob Hall for a year and a report <br />be given this board at that time. <br /> <br />If this mobile home doesn’t help curb stealing then the mobile home is to be removed. Seconded by <br />F. Madsen. Motion carried. Kenneth Dehn appeared on behalf of Oster for a renewal for mobile <br />permit. Frank Madsen moved that Oster’s permit be extended to July. Seconded by E.
