<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />DECEMBER 7, 1970 <br /> <br />All members met as usual except Melvil Peterson. The meeting was called to order by the chairman <br />Everett L Specht. There were two beer license applications. A motion was made by Earl Schulke and <br />seconded by EL Specht that licenses be granted to Ronald Ebner and Elk Bowl. Motion carried. The <br />Board of Supervisors were out to look at Ridgewood plat. The plat road is not up to our <br />specifications.
