We went to market to fill the vacancy <br />and received 35 applications. We interviewed eight candidates and had second interviews with three finalists. After <br />a successful background check, we recommend Graham Schultz for the position. <br /> <br />Mr. Schultz has a degree in law enforcement and worked for the Carver County Sheriff’s Office for more than <br />seven years. Five of those years were as a community service officer which included performing code enforcement <br />in various communities in Carver County. In 2021, he left law enforcement and began working as a service pro for <br />Aptive Environmental Service. <br /> <br />Mr. Schultz will start at step A of pay grade 3N.
