Open public hearing to take comments on the cityT Stormwater Program. <br />2. No other action required. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The CityT of Elk River is regulated as a Municipal Separate Storm Se`ver SyTstem (MS4) under the National <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination SyTstem (NPDES) byT the iVlinnesota Pollution Control AgencyT (MPCA). <br />The ne�u peYmit was Yeissued in OctobeY 2021 and will Yun on a five-�rear cyrcle. <br />The permit prescribes goals in the follo�ving categories: Public Education and Outreach; Public <br />Participation and Involvement; Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination; Construction Site Runoff <br />Control; and Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping.
