<br />ORDINANCE NO. 78-3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 78-2 <br />BY PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN LOTS OF RECORD <br />SHALL NOT BE REGULATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 78-2 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER OF SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Article II of Ordinance No. 78-2 is hereby amended by adding a new Section 2.04 <br />as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 2.04 <br /> <br />LOTS OF RECORD <br /> <br />2.04 Lots of Record. All lots which are a part of a subdivision recorded <br />with the Sherburne County Recorder prior to June 19, 1978, and all lots described <br />by metes and bounds, the deeds to which have been recorded with the Sherburne <br />County Recorder prior to June 19, 1978, shall not be subject to the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 78-2. <br /> <br />Passed by <br />this ____ day of <br /> <br />, <br />, 1978. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra E.
