UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> March 27, 1990 <br /> Tuesday 7:00 P.M. <br /> Present Were: George Zabee President <br /> Jim Simpson Vice Chairman <br /> James Tralle Trustee <br /> Bill Birrenkott General Manager <br /> Others Present: Glenn Sundeen Line Superintendent <br /> 1) The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by President Zabee. <br /> 2) Motion by Mr . Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to approve the <br /> minutes of the previous meeting as presented and distributed . <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 3) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr . Tralle to contract with <br /> Minnesota Conway to assist the Utilities in entering into Home <br /> Security Services. The amount is not to exceed $9600.00. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 4) The General Manager informed the Commissioners on the status of <br /> negotiations with Anoka Electric Cooperative. <br /> 5) Construction projects and operations were reviewed by the Line <br /> Superintendent . <br /> 6) Personnel plans and future retirements were discussed with the <br /> Commissioners. <br /> 7) The number of delinquent accounts was reviewed by the <br /> Commissioners. The Commissioners instructed the staff to contact <br /> several customers and negotiate an increased deposit with them. <br /> 8) The next meeting was set for Tuesday, April 10, 1990 at <br /> 7:00 P.M. <br /> 8) Motion by Mr . Simpson, seconded by Mr . Tralle to adjourn. Motion <br /> carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M. <br /> Bill Birrenkott <br /> General Manager <br />
