<br />ORDINANCE 84-13 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 202.00(1), SUB. 1 and 2, OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 202.00(1) Sub. 1 and Sub. 2 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />titled, "Salaries of Mayor and Council Members" be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1. The salary of the Mayor of the City shall be Three Thousand Two Hundred <br />Dollars ($3,200.00) per year, payable in equal quarterly installments. <br /> <br />2. The salary of each Council member of the City shall be Two Thousand Dollars <br />($2,000.00) per year, payable in equal quarterly installments. <br /> <br />Section 2.
