<br />ORDINANCE 84-7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.14, SUB. 2, AND SECTION 900.18, SUB. 2, OF THE <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 900.14, Sub. 2(c), of the Elk River Zoning Ordinance titled, <br />Accessory Uses - R-1 Residential District," be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />c. Swinnning pools, when completely enclosed within a chain link or equivalent <br />fence at least four (4) feet high with a lockable gate. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 900.18, Sub.2(b), of the Elk River Zoning Ordinance titled, <br />Schedule of Dimensional Regulations - Accessory Use Setbacks," be amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />b. Swimming pools shall be set back a minimum of eight (8) feet from side yard <br />and rear yard lot lines and must comply with the required front yard setback as <br />perSection 900.18, Sub. 1. Swinnning pools must be completely enclosed with <br />chain link or equivalent fence at least four (4) feet high with a lockable <br />gate. <br /> <br />Section 3.
