<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 88-11 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO <br />ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-lC/SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />TO R-2B/TOWNHOUSES AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk <br />River is hereby amended to zone the property described as: <br /> <br />Parcell and Parcel 2 that make up that part of Lot 2, Block <br />2, Riverview Addition to Village of Elk River lying north of <br />a line at right angles to the west line of said Lot 2 at a <br />point 215 feet south of the northwest corner thereof. <br /> <br />from R-lC/Single Family Residential to R-2B/Townhouse and Multi <br />Family Residential. <br /> <br />Section 2.
