<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 88- 2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO <br />ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM A-l/AGRICULTURAL TO R-1A <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk <br />River is hereby amended to zone the property described as: <br /> <br />The Western 1,092 feet of the SW 1/4 of Section 25, Township <br />33, Range 26; together with that part of th E 1/2 of the SE <br />1/4 of Section 26, Township 33, Range 26 lying southerly of <br />centerline of County State Aid Highway #13 (Twin Lakes <br />Road) ; <br /> <br />from A-l/Agricultural to R-1A/Residential. <br /> <br />Section 2.
