<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 89 - 11 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.20 <br />GENERAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Section 1. <br />Code of Ordinances <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />That Section 900.20 of the City of Elk River <br />titled, "General Regulations" be amended to <br /> <br />11.
