<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 92 - 14 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER'S ZONING MAP <br />TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-2B, TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />AND C-3, HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The duly adopted zoning map of the City of <br />Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as: <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />from R-2b, two family residential and C-3 Highway Commercial to <br />PUD, Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Section 2.
