<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87-54 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR COMMERCIAL KENNEL PERMITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Code of Ordinances Section 502.38 (2) authorizes <br />the City Council to establish the permit fee for operation <br />of a commercial kennel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that based upon <br />the expense to the City for investigation and issuance of <br />permits and regulation of commercial dog kennels a <br />reasonable fee for the commercial kennel permit is $75.00; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River that the commercial kennel permit fee shall <br />be $ 75.00 per year or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />Done at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River this 21st day of September , 1987. <br /> <br />Cdz!/I C: 4~AJ.f <br /> <br />Estelle E.
