<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86- 48 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Elk River wishes to establish an <br />Infastructure Replacement Fund; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Infrastructure Replacement Reserve Fund may be used <br />to replace streets, roads, curbs, gutters and storm <br />sewers; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Chapter 465, Article 2, Section 14, <br />allows the City to levy outside of the overall levy <br />limit for the Infrastructure Replacement Fund. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River, Minnesota establish an Infrastructure <br />Replacement Fund to be a special levy outside of the <br />overall levy limit with the funds being used to replace <br />streets, roads, curbs, gutters and storm sewers. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 21st day of July , 1986. <br /> <br />///--;) / < ~ ;/2; <br />/ .~.. .'
