<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86- 45 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FOR THE DEERFIELD 3RD <br />ADDITION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvements <br />of the Deerfield 3rd Addition as authorized in City <br />Resolution 86-33, bids were received, opened, and <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />Kenko, Inc. . $68~,5~~.45 <br />Latour Construction 686,972.4~ <br />ArCon Construction 688,61~.9~ <br />Ceca Utilities 723,682.2~ <br />Northdale Construction 743,696.8~ <br />Land Wehr Heavy Moving, Inc. 744,44~.~~ <br />PCI 752,767.85 <br />Brown & Chris, Inc. 756,721.15 <br />Richard Knutson 771,721.15 <br />S.J. Lewis 794,~22.~~ <br />Nodland Associates 91~,124.~~ <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Kenko of Blaine is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to direct <br />and enter into the attached contract with Kenko, <br />Inc., of Blaine, Minnesota in the name of the City <br />of Elk River for the improvements of Deerfield 3rd <br />Addition according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the City Council and filed <br />in the City office. <br /> <br />2.
