<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86-38 <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tyler Street and Smith Street from County Road 13 to <br />County Road 33 are included in the Elk River portion of <br />the MSA system; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these roads are heavily traveled by vehicular and <br />bicycle traffic; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, considering visibility, width of pavement, driveway <br />entrances and pavement conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council as well as the general public, share a <br />common concern for the safety of those people using the <br />road; <br /> <br />NOW, ~KjRErORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Minnesota Department of <br />Highways be requested to conduct a study for the <br />purpose of determining the proper safe speed limits for <br />each of the following city streets; <br /> <br />A. Tyler Street from County Road 13 to Smith Street <br />B.
