<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION <br />FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF MR. RICK BREEZEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Rick Breezee served as Building and Zoning <br />Administrator for the City of Elk River from May 1981 <br />to December 1985; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his devotion to the tasks and responsibilities of his <br />position contributed substantially to the sound <br />progress and development of the City of Elk River; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his service to the community merits the gratitude of <br />the residents of the City of Elk River; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is highly appropriate that his outstanding service <br />to the City of Elk River should be recognized and <br />expressed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota, that, on behalf of the residents <br />of the City of Elk River, the dedicated public service <br />of Mr. Rick Breezee is hereby recognized and <br />appreciated. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 9th day of <br />December, 1985. <br /> <br />c;i?AtL~ <br /> <br />Richard Hinkle, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~/)? 00~ <br /> <br />Thomas R.
