<br />RESOLUTION 85-78 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE 12 <br />FOR ELEVATED WATER TOWER PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Hydrostorage, Inc. has requested a partial payment for <br />the work performed on the City's elevated water tower; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City's Consulting Engineer, Maier Stewart and <br />Associates, Inc. has reviewed the request for partial <br />payment and has found it to be correct. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota, that: <br /> <br />1.
