<br />RESOLUTION 85- 57 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OR FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />FOR STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON <br />MAIN STREET AND ORONO ROAD <br />(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 85-5) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve sanitary sewer service, water main service, <br />storm drainage service and to provide street improvements on Main Street <br />and Orono Road and assess the benefitted property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed improvements be referrred to Mr. Terry <br />Maurer, the City's Consulting Engineer, for study, and the Engineer <br />is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this twenty-first day of October, <br />1985. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-~'---7--" '\ <br /> <br />-, .', ~AL'~ <br />/'" (" /? /' .., <br />/ ,~,c,__-_. ,/ - ,/ > <br />" . .~l-~L-r~ ~ -Pf- ,-e-:r/ '{e <br />Richard Hinkle, Mayor ' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />tor <br /> <br />. <br />
