<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ACTING CITY CLERK AND ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR <br />SPECIAL ELECTION/REFERENDUM <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Bublitz has been appointed City Administrator, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Ramona Doebler has expert knowledge on the conducting of elections, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a special election/referendum is to be held on June 25, 1985 to deter- <br />mine the issuance of bonds for City facilities, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />there is no person filling the position of City Clerk at the present <br />time, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that for the purposes of con- <br />ducting the special election: <br /> <br />1. City Administrator, Tom Bublitz be named as Acting City Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
