<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 89- 7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR ZONING APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the existing zoning fees do not cover the cost incurred <br />by the City to process zoning applications; and, <br /> <br />the zoning fees proposed are consistant with the cost <br />incurred by the City to review and advertise said <br />zoning applictions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Elk River City Council has duly considered the <br />proposed fees. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River that the fees for zoning application shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivision ($llO) <br />Site Plan Review ($lSO) <br />Ordinance Amendment ($lSO) <br />Conditional Use Permit ($lSO) <br />Variance ($llO) <br />Zone Change ($llO) <br />Multiple Principal Building ($lSO) <br />Platting fees and extraordinary costs incurred for <br />zoning process listed above will also be <br />reimbursed to the City by the applicant. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 23rd day <br />of January, 1989. <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br />S) <br />6) <br />7) <br />8) <br /> <br />, j~~.~ <br /> <br />James A.
