REGULAR MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING August 5, 1946 Regular meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the municipal building on August 5, 1946 with all members present. Shorty Christian asked for a permit to move building he now occupies, to another location. The Council decided to give the matter consideration later. The following were appointed on the Library Board: Mrs. Gust Sederberg Mrs. E.R. Vanden Berge The following building permits were approved: W.M. Hamlett, Ben L. Roper, L.L. Bishopp, Roger Ostby, S.T.
