<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />January 19, 1959 <br /> <br /> <br />Special meeting on January 19, 1959 for considering zoning, street naming and house numbering, <br />held at Lincoln school. <br /> <br />About thirteen were present besides the council members. Engineer Shattuck and the street naming <br />committee. There was some discussion about zoning, but no one voiced any objections about street <br />naming and house numbers. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />H.A.
