<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 15, 1958 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A special meeting was held at the Municipal Building on May 15, 1958. All members were present. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to consider the matter of issuing a club license to the American <br />Legion. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Bergerson and seconded by Sandberg to issue a club liquor license to the <br />Davin Darrow – Meyer Past No. 112 for one year on eight certain days such as holidays or parties to <br />be selected, subject to State regulations. Motion carried all voting in favor. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Briggs and seconded by Meyer to adopt plumbing code as prepared by <br />Sandberg. Fees which will be determined at a later date shall be paid by the owner of the property. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />H.A. Briggs <br />Village Clerk <br />
