<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90 - 46 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TEXT FOR THE FOCUS AREA STUDIES <br />BY BRW DATED JULY 1990 AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE CITY OF ELK RIVER'S <br />GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN DATED AUGUST 22, 1988 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River identified <br />four specific areas of Elk River that needed a more <br />detailed study regarding land use patterns as a <br />follow-up to the 1988 Growth Management Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River contracted the services of BRW <br />Inc., Planning Consultants, to conduct said studies; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River Planning Commission held public <br />hearings regarding BRW's findings and made <br />recommendation to the City Council regarding said <br />studies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River held a <br />pUblic hearing regarding said studies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River found said <br />studies to be acceptable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River, Minnesota that the text of the Focus <br />Area Studies dated JUly, 1990 by BRW Inc. is adopted <br />as an addendum to the City of Elk River's 1988 Growth <br />Management Plan. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 17 day of September, 1990. <br /> <br />jl J2;7 <br />----.. /. ..".' <br />/~ / <br />~U~(-4 41 & .~ / <br /> <br />James A.
