<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 7, 1956 <br /> <br />Second Meeting of Board of Review was held at the Village Hall on July 7, 1956 at 7:00 P.M. All <br />Council members present also Village Assessor Gray and County Assessor Wallace. <br /> <br />Anthony Burgoyne was present.
