<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />RESOLUTION 88 - 1 <br /> <br />Relating to stop signs at Compact Intersection on S.A.P. 204-113-04 from <br />Trunk Highway 10 to Upland Avenue in the City of Elk River, Minnesota <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 4th day of January, 1988, by the City of Elk <br />River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 113 Main Street; <br />Trunk Highway 10 to Upland Avenue, and <br /> <br />the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the <br />improvement of this Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this project has a compact intersection located at Tipton Avenue <br />and Main Street, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />signing of all legs of this intersection with stop signs is a <br />necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid project in the "City". <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, that the "City" shall install and maintain <br />stop signs on all legs of the compact intersection. <br /> <br />Dated this 4th day of January, 1988. <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />"- ff J. ?' 4lJ <br />Cd-Ul-V C.'
