Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Johnson. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> 3. Consider February 25, 2020, Planning Commission Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Thiel and seconded by Commissioner Beise to <br /> approve the February 25,2020, Planning Commission agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Consider January 28, 2020, Planning Commission Minutes <br /> Chair Johnson indicated the consideration of the January 28, 2029,Planning <br /> Commission minutes would be continued to the March 24, 2020, meeting. <br /> 5.1. Sogdiana LLC / Zafar Khamdamov— 732 Vernon Ave. NW <br /> • Interim Use Permit to allow multi-family residential use in a single-family <br /> zoning district, Case No. IU 20-01 <br /> Mr. Leeseberg stated because of the caucus scheduled for the evening and the state <br /> statute prevented public meetings on a caucus night, he asked the commission to <br /> open the public hearings for all items and hear any comments from the public, and <br /> then continue the meetings to a special Planning Commission meeting date. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. There was no one present to speak on this <br /> • item. <br />
