<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 15, 1937 <br /> <br />The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Bldg Wednesday Dec 15, 1937 <br />at 7 o’clock P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: <br />J.D. Flaherty, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Geo Cornelius, Wm Patenaude, Trustees; <br />Wm H Greupner, Clerk. <br /> <br />The purpose of this meeting was to decide what the best way would be to handle the case of Leslie <br />Laugley. Mr. Laugley reported he was obliged to have treatments at the University Hospital and was <br />not able to work on W.P.A. work without them. A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by <br />Wm Patenaude to have Leslie Laugley go to Drs Bunker and Roehlke and have them give him a <br />thorough examination and to send in a report to the council. <br /> <br />No further business meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Wm.
