Tralle, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 95 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF <br />ORDINANCE 92 -~, SUMMARY OF MINERAL EXTRACTION ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River hereby <br />amends Section 720 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />titled "Mineral Extraction" and does ordain as <br />follows; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance amendment provides for the regulation of <br />mineral extraction activities. The regulations <br />establish standards for issuance of an extraction <br />license and conditional use permit for extraction <br />activities; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of this ordinance amendment is <br />available for inspection by any person at the office <br />of the Elk River City Clerk during normal business <br />hours; and, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-~7was passed and adopted by the Elk <br />River City Council on the 21st day of September, 1992. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ordinance 92~7 shall <br />become effective upon publication of Resolution 92-~. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 21st day <br />of September, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
