<br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - ~ <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REJECTING THE BIDS AND AUTHORIZING <br />RETURN OF THE BID BONDS IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />221st IMPROVEMENT OF 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council direction, competitive bids were solicited and <br />received for the 221st Avenue improvement as set forth in the bid <br />tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and determined that <br />the cost of the improvements is outside the project budget; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. All bids submitted for the 221st Avenue improvements are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 25 day of October, 1993 <br /> <br />k tL 1J~ <br /> <br />/He ry A.
