<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - 32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />CHERRYHILL BLUFFS 2ND ADDITION IMPROVEMENT OF 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 93-24, competitive bids were <br />solicited and received for the Cherryhill Bluffs 2nd <br />Addition Improvement as set forth in the bid <br />tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids <br />and the responsibility of the bidders and determined <br />that LaTour Construction, Inc., is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized <br />and directed to execute, on behalf of the City, <br />such contract with LaTour Construction, Inc., as <br />is approved by the City Attorney for the <br />completion of the Cherryhill Bluffs 2nd Addition <br />Improvement according to the approved plans and <br />specifications designated in Resolution 93-24. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed <br />to forthwith return to all bidders the deposits <br />made with their bids upon execution of the <br />contract above specified. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 6th day of July, 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />e Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
