<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT <br />FOR ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Youth Hockey has made application for a premise <br />permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise permit would allow the operation of pull-tabs <br />through charitable gambling on the permise; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted is Dick's <br />Riverfront Bar located on Main Street in Elk River. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River grants its approval of a Premise Permit to Elk River <br />Youth Hockey to operate charitable gambling at Dick's <br />Riverfront Bar. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 28th day <br />of February, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />Hen~ A.
