<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />ELK PARK CENTER IMPROVEMENT OF 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those properties anticipated to be assessed for the proposed improvements <br />are expected to waive their right to a public hearing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. That the City Council accepts the Feasibility Report for Elk Park <br />Center. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of the <br />improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 7th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />a JJAftj-~. <br /> <br />enry A.
