<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94 -8.5 <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost incurred to process the various licenses, <br />services, zoning requests, etc. has been studied; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the study of these fees has resulted in an increase in <br />certain fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this resolution reflects the increase in certain <br />fees and sets the fees charged by the City for 1994; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City <br />of Elk River, Minnesota that fees shall be adopted as <br />indicated on the attached Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 18th <br />day of January, 1994. <br /> <br />Lar~e~b Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />erk <br />
