<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94 - 7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ACCEPTING THE SANITARY SEWER IN THE <br />MEADOWVALE COMMERCIAL PARK <br />AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved the plat of Meadowvale Commercial Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Owners and Developers of Meadowvale Commercial Park have <br />previously extended an 8-inch sanitary sewer line through their property to <br />service the development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing sanitary sewer line meets City standards; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The existing sanitary sewer line running from the southeast corner of Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Meadowvale Commercial Park, easterly along the southerly portion of the <br />plat to the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Meadowvale Commercial Park, is <br />hereby accepted by the City of Elk River as a public sanitary sewer facility and the <br />City will maintain and operate the sewer line from this time forward. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this ..l.!L day of January, 1994. <br /> <br />~~x <br /> <br />Larry Farber, Vice Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />200-0603.jan <br />
