Consider September 24, 2019, Board of Adjustments Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Jordan <br /> to approve the September 24,2019, Board of Adjustments agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Consider August 27, 2019, Board of Adjustments Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Rydberg to approve the August 27,2019, Board of Adjustments minutes. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. r <br /> 5.1 Elk River Baptist Church — 1800 8th St. NW <br /> • Variance to allow two freestanding signs and a total of 120 <br /> square feet of freestanding signage, Case No.V 19-10 <br /> Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br /> III Commissioner Rydberg asked about the removal of the current sign on the vacant <br /> parcel of land. <br />
