<br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 6.L <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />TO CHANGE THE LAND USE FROM <br />AjAGRICULTURAL TO MIfMEDIUM INDUSTRIAL <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />CASE NO. LUA 95-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462.355, Subdivision 2, <br />prescribes the procedure for amending the Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August <br />22, 1995, and recommended approval regarding the Comprehensive Plan <br />amendment request for the property legally described as: <br /> <br />* See attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan <br />amendment request and finds the change to be in general conformance to the <br />adopted Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />N OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River that the Land Use Plan be amended to change the property as <br />described above from AI Agricultural to MI-Medium Industrial. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 2nd day of October, <br />1995. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />><I~d~ <br /> <br />Sandra A.
