<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95 - 2L <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />ELK HILLS DRIVE AND DODGE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developers of Outlot A Deerfield Third Addition have requested the <br />initiation of the preparation of plans and specifications and are willing to <br />escrow for the cost of such; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developers have indicated their willingness to accept assessments against <br />Outlot A Deerfield Third Addition for their fair share; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement.
