The Commission reviewed this policy to determine needed updates during work sessions and <br /> regular meetings over the past three months. <br /> A special work session was also held on May 1, 2019,with the Youth Sports Commission to review the <br /> policy and procedures. All of the youth sports organization in attendance were unamiously in support of <br /> the changes. <br /> One major policy change was to the priority group classifications on page 4,in which the schools were <br /> moved up to Group 2 and youth athletic associations were moved down to Group 3 with updated <br /> criteria. <br /> The policy and procedures were reviewed by the city attorney.
