Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:33 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 3/13/19 Agenda <br /> Mr. Benoit added Woodland Waptiti Youth Ski Club to Item 4 with the remaining Items <br /> • changing by one number. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Soltvedt and seconded by Commissioner Niziolek to approve <br /> the March 13, 2019 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda with the staff <br /> changes. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider 02/13/19 Regular PRC Minutes and Work Session Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Soltvedt and seconded by Commissioner Niziolek to approve <br /> the following February 13, 2019 Regular Parks and Recreation Commission minutes. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Woodland Wapiti Youth Ski Club <br /> Presentation by John Kallemeyn, club coach. Minnesota Youth Ski League (MYSL) is the <br /> parent organization of the Woodland Wapiti Youth Ski Club. There were 27 children at 10 <br /> sessions for$30 and ski rentals for the season for$30. <br /> 5. Election of Chair and Vice Chair <br /> Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Soltvedt to elect <br /> Chair Anderson as Chair of Parks and Recreation Commission.
