Cummins of TAP Enterprises, Inc. <br /> <br />Background <br />Jan Cummins has made application for a Transient Merchant License to hold a one day tool <br />sale at the Elk River Boys & Girls Club on Saturday, July 16, 2005 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 <br />p.m. Mr. Cummins has received written permission from the Boys & Girls Club.
